Eagerly anticipated for the 2013/14 season, Chef Sergi Arola brings his passion for Spanish cuisine and combines it with local Swiss flavours to create a fresh fusion restaurant, unlike anything Verbier has seen before. Located in the new W Hotel (on Place Blanche) and having gained 2 Michelin Stars at the W Hotel Paris-Opera, the menu intends to provide you with hearty, yet beautifully presented food in serene surroundings offering you views of the surrounding Valais mountains. With a reputation that precedes him, its menu is pricey and booking in advance is a necessity.
