Après Ski in Courchevel is centred around the British run bars with live music being the key feature making it a popular holiday destination.
Courchevel offers possibly the most trendy, lively and varied apres ski from anywhere in the Alps. Courchevel apres ski is notorious and often high-end spenders, and can continue long into the night (early morning for some).

Chez Gaston
Formally known as Ku de ta and what was the best après bar in 1850. It’s conveniently located next to the Forum building and it turns into a nightclub of sorts from 11pm.
It’s an American style bar come restaurant with a good value menu for Courchevel.
Sip on a vin chaud, hot punch or a vodka from the bar, or enjoy a tasty burger and snacks at the end of the day.
Copiña
Right in the middle of Courchevel 1650, Copina is for those whose idea of apres ski is a perfectly crafted cocktail and some delicious nibbles.
It’s a sophisticated atmosphere with a sister bar in Meribel. Bringing tapas paired with fine wines, craft beers and mouthwatering cocktails to the mountains in the best way possible.
It’s a small but wonderful place with a big outside terrace for when the suns out. They often have a little live music and offer drinks promotions later in the evening from 8-10pm usually.
La Mangeoire
For a unique dinner come after dark party atmosphere where the champagne flows and the music exceptional. The later dinner service is a great way to kick off an all night party in one of the best spots in Courchevel 1850.
Lots of dancing including up on the tables, bottle service galore and it might hurt the wallet but you’ll have a great time.
Bar Le Catérail
A great apres bar down in Courchevel 1550 (Courchevel Village) showing all the live sport you could wish for. They have live bands and DJs later on. A fun sports bar.
Live music every Thursday from 10pm so one for the night owls. They also have an extensive vodka bar if you’re into that sort of thing.
Les Caves
This nightclub is situated near the entrance of Courchevel 1850.
This is the place to go once all the other bars have run their course; people from all nationalities tend to end up here to carry on the evening.
Look out for the big pink door! Les Caves often have weekly events such as guest DJs playing a variety of sets.
This bar is not only popular with holidaymakers but also with the locals, it is however not for those on a budget, as drinks are quite expensive.
Le Tremplin
Le Tremplin is perfectly situated at the bottom of the ski runs in Courchevel 1850, making it the ideal location to stop for an après drink.
With its large terrace, you can sit back and relax with a drink, whilst basking in the sun.
They often have live music playing from 4 pm daily, and with very efficient table service you don’t even need to leave your seat.
Funky Fox
Funky Fox is well known to holidaymakers, locals and seasonnaires.
Located next door to Sports Gliss, near the Sherpa supermarket at the top end of Courchevel 1650, this is the bar that everyone tends to end up at the closing stages of the night with dancing going on until 4 am.
The Funky Fox doesn’t really get busy until later on in the evening, people head here to dance the night away into the early hours.
They have a pool table and a Nintendo Wii which you can compete on.
Once a month there’s a drum and bass night and all major sporting events are shown on the big screen projector.
Le Bubble
By their own admission, this bar is a ‘coffee sipping, Mutzig slurping, Nacho munching, Ski boot dancing, late night buzzing kind of place;’ says it all really!
There are the usual special drink nights, such as ‘Mutzig Monday’, and a pub quiz during the week.
This bar really comes to life at apres with live bands to stomp around in your ski boots too. Great bar, great staff!
Pub Le Ski Lodge – La Tania
Open from 10am till 2am the following morning. Le Ski Lodge is the heart and soul of La Tania’s apres ski and nightlife.
They have live music every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 5pm on the terrace with happy hour from 4-6pm every day. There’s also 4 big screens for live sports and free WiFi.
The pub is right in the middle of the village, opposite the Tourist office.
