Longhorn Saloon
The top après ski bar in town for the last 25 years. If you are looking for a lively country theme with a comfortable setting for the cold beers, grill, snacks and large patio… this is the bar for you! It’s located at the bottom of the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas. Click out and drink up!
Merlin’s
Large nacho platters and famous for its tabletop dancing, après ski here can be cocktails on the deck, watching sports, or a full-on nightclub. Something for everyone’s taste. They also have the classic karaoke nights and fancy dress themed parties. You can find this bar at the bottom of the Wizard chairlift at the base of Blackcomb, children are allowed until 7 pm… then the real party happens.
Black’s Pub
Canada is known for having fantastic craft beers and the Black’s Pub conveys just that. With over 90 beers, many on tap, Black’s Pub has a quiet atmosphere for a few drinks and a good chat. It gets more lively as the night goes on.
The Brewhouse
The Brewhouse in the North Village serves the best beer in Whistler, hands down, as well as offering weekly brewery tours and great choice of pizzas and pasta.
Dubh Linh Gate Irish Pub
Where ever you go in the world… you will always find an Irish Pub. Why? Because they are loved by all! Based at the bottom of the Whistler Mountain, the Irish pub offers Guinness and among 30 world draft beers and 28 malt Scotches. It’s lively, as you’d expect, plenty going on and a buzzing atmosphere.
Citta’s
If you want to avoid the table dancing and lively bars, Citta’s is centrally located and guarantees a good atmosphere. Tables can be hard to get, so book ahead to enjoy the outdoor terrace, great meals and cocktails in a warm hang-out with music and entertainment.
21 Steps
If you are looking for a more relaxing and chilled vibe, 21 Steps has comfortable sofas and flat-screen TVs for watching ski and snowboard movies on. The perfect set up to enjoy beautiful fresh food and complemented by wines and cocktails. Open until 1 am Mon-Sat, and 12 am on Sundays.
Ketel One Ice Bar
At the Barefoot Bistro the Ketel One Ice Bar is chilled to a nippy -18°C. Don the hefty Canada Goose Arctic jackets (provided) and step into the ice room. Thick ice lines the walls with frosty vodka bottles sunk into it. The temperature makes the vodka smoother and just don’t grasp the glass to tightly or it might get stuck. Certainly the coolest place on Whistler’s apres ski scene.
