Baumbar
If you want a fun Austrian experience, Baumbar is just for you. Open until 4 am this is the place to head after apres ski. With live music and a pole to dance on, it’s always a wild night at the Baumbar.
They also sell pizza’s until 10 and play a range of classic Austrian oompah music to live tribute bands. Your clothes might smell a little smokey after a night out here but I am sure that will be the least of your worries when your hangover kicks in!
Paletti
Looking for something a little more chilled? Palttie’s bar offers just that. This small and low lit bar with ski films playing in the background and a pizza oven increase you get peckish.
Perfect for small groups of friends who want to enjoy a drink in the evening. This bar is more popular with seasonnaires and locals.
Schirmbar Zur Lederhos’n
Located in Kaprun at the Valley station of the Panoramabahn Schaufelberg, here you’ll enjoy the classic Austrian techno-pop and lastest oompah music. If you want to party hard, go under the umbrella as this is where the music is the loudest. If you want to get away from the pumping tunes, you can play the hammer game outside or go sit in their extended cover section where food is served. The party really kicks off from 5-9pm.
Pavillon
Grab your lederhosen and bells, and get ready for the crazy local Austrian après ski. The Pavillon is a well-placed bar-restaurant in Kaprun centre with a good range of pizza, sweets and beverages. They have now extended a new section to the Pavillon, making it even bigger!
If you want to chill with a beer, they have a great heated outdoor section where the music is a distant noise from the soundproof glass used. Always popular with ski instructors and locals since 1992 apparently.

Jausenstation Häuslalm
After a hard day skiing on the glacier, you are now in the mood to dance to the local music and dance the afternoon away! This is the best apres ski bar on the glacier as they know how to through a party for their guests.
If you head inside, the music will be loud, the nail game have enough space for 10+ people and they even have a snow machine inside… trust me, you need to see it ha! The also have speaker outside so you can enjoy the last of the sun while sipping your well-deserved beer. When you get the last lift down, you can continue the party at the small apres bar by the lift or get on the bus and head to the Lederhos’n bar in Kaprun.

The Skyline is a modern café-bar with an inviting bar menu with renowned Austrian wines, beer specialities and a large choice of other drinks. The Segafredo Baristas serve perfect Espresso or Cappuccini and a wide selection of Afro- and Ronnefeldt tea to keep tea-lovers happy.
